Welcome to Naveria Heights Lodge (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at https://naveriaheightsfiji.com (together or individually “Service”) operated by Naveria Heights Lodge.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them.

This website is operated by Naveria Heights Lodge, also operating as Naveria Heights Lodge Fiji, also referred to herein as Naveria Heights Lodge. Throughout the site, terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Naveria Heights Lodge Fiji.

Naveria Heights Lodge offers this website, including all information, tools and services available on this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices.

By visiting the site you engage in our “Service” and agree to our terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all Site users. This includes (without limitation) browsers, vendors, customers, travel agents, and/or contributors of content.

Third-party links on this Site may direct you to other websites which are not affiliated with us. Naveria Heights Lodge is not responsible for the accuracy of any content on these or any other site.

We have no liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, tours & service charges, transit times, availability etc.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Naveria Heights Lodge reserves the right to change or update information or cancel orders without prior notice. This includes after you have submitted your order.

You are prohibited from using the site: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

Cancellations and Amendments Policy

Naveria Heights Lodge reserves the right to cancel a bookings, amend itineraries, change carriers and apply surcharges without notice.

If we need to cancel a booking or service, we will make every effort to offer a suitable alternative. Where no alternative is available, we will refund your price in full.

Cancellation Terms [updated 25th September 2023]

These Cancellation Terms only apply to bookings made directly with Naveria Heights Lodge on this Site. 3rd Parties such as Booking agents and Travel agents will each have their own cancellation policies, and these may differ from those of Naveria Heights Lodge. For more information please contact your point of purchase.

Booking Cancellation and Booking Amendment fees are necessary to cover costs associated with accommodations, planning and operating individual Tours, and are consistent with the real costs to us.

Cancellation fees:

* 1 day more or less before arrival/departure = 100% of booking.

Amendment fees:

* 1 day more or less before arrival/departure = 100% of booking.

Service Terms and Conditions

Naveria Heights Lodge recommends that you arrange personal travel insurance which will provide you with the best cover in any event.

We accept no responsibility for injury, illness or other such accident sustained while on your stay or tour. Naveria Heights Lodge accepts no liability for lost or stolen property.

Reliable and well-maintained equipments

We proudly stand by our strong record of serices and operating a reliable and well maintained equipmenta.

No refunds are given in instances of mechanical breakdown or adverse weather conditions. All Bookings and Tours are supported with contingencies in place to provide the best experience possible in any foreseeable adverse situation.

Naveria Heights Lodge cannot guarantee bookings or pick up and drop off times but can provide advice to its best ability. All efforts are taken to provide the best experience possible for each guest/passenger.

Please be aware that we operate in extreme temperature and in remote areas, and that passengers must act according to instructions from our Staffs / Tour Guides. When making a booking and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to follow instructions including Premises Safety instructions or by our Guides for the duration of the Stay/Tour.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you meet the age requirement.

You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. Nor may you, in the use of this Service, violate any laws in any jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws in some areas, and the consumption of alcoholic beverages).

Do you feel unwell? Guest/Passenger safety is our priority!

Persons must not embark on a tour if you have any form of medical condition, mental health condition, injury, illness, contagious disease or any other condition, which would impact on your ability to participate in group activities safely, or which would put at risk the safety and wellbeing of other passengers.

Any breach or violation of any of the Terms of Service may result in an immediate termination of our Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Our primary consideration is the safety of all passengers, staff and people we come into contact with during our Tours.

Accuracy of information

Naveria Heights Lodge is not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.

Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk. We encourage all customers to conduct further research such as making reference to other resources provided by this site. Please contact us should you wish to clarify any information you have acquired from this site or any other source relating to our services.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Whilst we oblige all 3rd Parties such as Booking Agents and Travel Agents to refer our products and a consistent rate, we cannot dictate or restrict any promotional efforts made by 3rd Parties, which may result in some passengers paying a different price. To clarify please refer to your point of purchase, or see our current pricing.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Third-party information about our Service

Naveria Heights Lodge shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our Services that appear during youe Stay or a Tour, as displayed on this Site. Naveria Heights Lodge cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Naveria Heights Lodge may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

All descriptions of services/products or services/product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of Naveria Heights Lodge. Naveria Heights Lodge reserves the right to discontinue any services/products at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this Site is void where prohibited.

Naveria Heights Lodge reserves the right to refuse any bookings/products you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
